Funniest Dog Man character gotta be Melvin the Frog because like on a meta scale George and Harold really just drew their classmate and alleged "arch nemesis" as a frog and then made him a character in their comic book (a MAIN character, might I add, if we're talking CKCC), but then on an even MORE meta scale dav pilkey was like "I miss writing about that weird little nerd" so he just made the same character again and put him into a different series
